The first time we ordered it, the product arrived damaged. It was bent and it was not easy to extend the drying rack. It was also missing a wheel. I requested an exchange and I received a new one two days later. I love this drying rack because it’s very lightweight, easy to move with the wheels, and it flattens making it easy to store. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This drying rack folds easily and fits into a slim space. I didn’t like the stretch as much as I thought. By stretching you are also changing the space in the middle which leaves you with a little area for drying there. Overall it is a good drying rack.

I replaced this cheap wooden drying rack i bought in TARGET for $9 with this gem. The cheap rack fell apart anytime i put something of minor heft on it. This one is a gem. I used to think my old drying rack I've had since the 1960s could never be equaled, but this one is even better. It definitely pays to pay a few extra dollars for quality in just about everything you buy. The cheap always comes out more expensive in the long run. The exterior extension rods do tend to disappear inside when you try to extend the unit, so make sure you tilt the unit to one side to get gravity on your side. Ask Wile E. Coyote - you want gravity to be your friend. I just love this rack - I used to need 2 racks and now I only need one thanks to the extension ability. I'm clinging to the one from the 60s though because we used it for towels at our swimming pool when I was a kid and I am emotionally attached, even though it flakes off paint bits every time i touch it. I suppose i need to accept that laundry racks are a bit like girlfriends - every 20 years or so you need a new one.

UPDATE 6/14/20: I discovered after a few uses that the exterior extension rods have tiny little screw holes on the bottom. Not sure if they are SUPPOSED to come with the screws or not, mine didn't, but no big deal i happened to have the right size screws in my tool box. Once you put in those 2 tiny screws the outer rods no longer disappear when you fold up the unit and it is much easier to reopen. Still a joy to use. The only thing I'd change if i could is the color - pink and red would be optimal:). Everything should be pink - imagine how much prettier car tires could be?:).

Hubby and I both prefer to line dry most of our shirts. Constantly ran out of drying space until be bought this rack. We both really like it. It folds up flat, but we just leave it set up in the laundry area. Love the little clips on each end, I can hang my wool running socks without clothespins.
