I can easily compare the Quest to the other rugged smartphones I've had (BV9500, BV8000, Doogee S60, Unihertz Atom and Blu Extreme Plus). This Quest is both the best and least expensive. The others have failed (BV9500) or are back-ups for their special features. I run dual sim cards and both capture 4G consistently while the S60 holds 4G to one sim only. In fact, the Quest gets the best reception of any phone I've had, rugged or not.
NOTE: Amazon has had two nearly identical versions of the Quest shown. In the US, ensure that you purchase the version that has the US ATT Bands, particularly B17, version has girl on motorcycle. The other version will likely work poorly or not at all in the US.
Battery life has been 2+days with full display brightness and normal use. In addition, it has the brightest display of any phone I've seen, which is important for outdoor use and that I also use it for navigation on the water.
The power button has the equivalent of a crown (two small protrusions) that protect the button from accidental use.
Bluetooth works great. Voice reception on calls is consistently clear. Camera is okay, with the basic adjustments, but not up to more expensive products. I use the custom side key programmed to the camera which is convenient. The phone is also thin and easy to carry and keep in the pocket compared to the heavier rugged phones.
So as advertised and is actually better than I expected. I did drop it onto pavement twice while getting out of the car, with no damage or scratches whatsoever. It has not been submerged but I'm not deliberately running tests - if it gets toilet drop I will update the review on the result.
So with Android 9.0 and around $175, in my opinion it's a really good bargain.

Power Button Fell Off
I never dropped this phone in the water so I cannot speak to the waterproof of it which was one of the biggest reasons I bought this phone along with the ruggedness. I am returning this phone because the power button fell off. It was not abused or roughed up at all, it just fell off. It appears that it is a metal button that screws in. At first I was going to try to get them to send me a new button but the email response I got from them was poorly worded and hard to follow along with the fact there are other annoyances about the phone so I decided to return it.There were little things that I had problems with. The fingerprint sensor was not that accurate. I would say 25% of the time the phone would not recognize my finger prints. I would re-calibrate the sensor and it would work for a couple days and then start giving me trouble again. Regularly when I go out of range of wifi or turn off wifi, the cellular data would not work/switch over unless I restarted the phone. Something else that I did not realize when I bought the phone was the phone does not have an aux port which with most things being blutooth now it is not that big of a deal.I am used to off brand unlocked phones. This was overall not bad compared to other budget off brand phones but the button falling off was kind of a deal breaker. I also do not like the fact there is no case available for it.
