Great Power Bank, Great Customer Service

Great product in my opinion. Worked well for traveling in my case. After a handful of uses the power bank did not seem to charge. This was only a few months after I got it. Contacted Amazon but the return period for Amazon had already expired. Went to Anker's website and started a warranty claim. Very very great customer service from Anker! I was able to resolve everything with them through email. Return/replacement process took me about 3 weeks total but that was only because I was traveling and when I returned from traveling my printer was out of ink so I had no way to print the shipping label Anker sent me until I quit being lazy and got some more ink. I'd say I probably could have had the return done and replacement in hand in about a week if I had been on top of things.

I bought this battery to use with my cell phone to shoot video at my kids' sporting events. The cell phone takes better video than my 1080P video camera, that's why (but the video camera does zoom better). Anyways, after 2-4 hours of 1080P and/or 4K video, the battery is only 25% drained (based on 3 of the 4 blue leds remaining to show battery life). I toiled with the [Upgraded] description for a while. I bought two previously under another listing and couldn't figure out why the [upgraded]. Never did either, but the battery is what I wanted/expected, so I'm good

[updated June 2020] I have several Anker batteries. Two of them had a problem in less than one year, ANKER support made it so easy to replace - sent me a prepaid label, I shipped it back, they shipped me a brand new replacement in under a week. Thanks Anker support - best battery buy recommendation I ever got and best battery I have ever used, great customer service. The other Anker batteries I have are doing just fine. Bad units happen, things go bad, fact of life, but having a company that stands behind their product, their warranty, their customer, gives peace of mind when purchasing and would (and have) purchase from them again!

Durable, Reliable USB-C Power Pack

I carry this in my backpack for when my S10+ battery gets low. 10,000 mAh is a lot of storage, so it is good for several charges or one charge for cell phone and one charge for my tablet. It is fairly light for the amount of storage, but heavier than smaller power packs, such as one with only 3,000 mAh. (Check weights before you buy).

Anker is a very reliable, high quality brand, in my 5 years of experience with their products.

The USB-C charging means it will fast charge my phone, which has fast charge capability. My USB-C wall socket fast chargers do not seem to fast charge this power pack, however. It takes 6-8 hours to fully charge. But this is faster than some USB-C power packs which require that you charge them through a micro-USB port.

Great Little Charger

The first one I got the lights didn’t shut off when fully charged. I contacted Anker and Rochelle sent me a new one. I didn’t even have to send the defective one back.

I tested the new one right away and it worked beautifully. I only use it when I’m getting low. I don’t use it everyday but when I do I pair it with a USB C to Lightning Charger for my iPhone. It charges really fast. I have a bunch of Anker products and they never let me down, neither does their Customer Service.

I also own a few other PD Chargers from Xiaomi, Ravpower and Romoss. I usually buy a power bank just in case whenever I see a big discount. I have no real preference and not a techie. They all seem to work the same. I just trust Anker a bit more because if something happens I know they cover it as guaranteed.

I've only had this replacement charger for less than one day as the first one I ordered was defective.
Super product support by Anker. This item was new technology to me when I ordered it. Didn't pay much bother, at first, when it seemed to charge itself slowly. But this week, after full charge, it was dead after sitting idle for 4 days. It was outside of the Amazon return policy, but, Anker's warranty worked and I received a replacement quickly.
It's really too early to give this charger a full review, but, as I said it's a replacement. Earlier in the week I noticed that this charger was dead and the Amazon deadline for return had just passed. I called Anker customer support who verified my purchase and shipped the replacement.
It seems to charge up more rapidly and that's all I can say for now.

Dead on Arrival - TWICE

I purchased this battery after having been an Anker fan for years and always raving about them to my friends and family. "Excellent products. Great customer service" - that's what I told everyone. Because when I've received an item DOA before, or had a cable fail - they've always stepped up to make it right. This battery has been a nightmare. I've received a dead battery TWICE - you read that right -- TWICE. First shipment - battery wouldn't hold a charge. Jumped through hoops to pack it back up, and return it to Anker direct for a replacement. The replacement (which only ships once they've got your return) - was then ALSO dead. Wouldn't hold a charge. Contacted them. They said sorry. Sent me another shipping label to return. Going for Round 3 on the return I guess? Not what you'd expect from Anker quality or customer support. Super disappointed and going to consider competitive products since their quality control seems to have gone out the window.
