    Our just-under-2-year-old grandson LOVES to play with this cooking/food set! His parents prepare most meals together, so he is very interested in cooking. It's fun to see him "cook" with his new toys too!! Hint - I did purchase an inexpensive plastic see-through storage tub with a locking lid and carrying handle (at Walmart) for easy pick-up and storage of the many pieces in this set. I cut the labels and a few pictures from the cardboard box it came in and used clear packing tape to attach them to the outside of the tub, so that our little guy knows where to put these items away when he's done playing with them.

It is a bit pricey I would except something like this to be a few bucks less expensive, but considering all the pieces I guess its ok.I bought it as a gift for my child so I will update later how well it holds up in play. The company did ship it out really quickly so I was happy with that.

    My 1-year-old son is actually too young for this but he’s started playing with a hand-me-down kitchen and loves turning the knobs and opening and closing the doors. He loves to put things inside and close the door over and over so I got him this set of accessories. The pots and pans are nice and he likes ripping the Velcro veggies apart (he doesn’t understand cutting them yet) and there’s nothing too small that he can choke on. The utensils are very small and kind of delicate so I don’t know how the handles will hold up to his abuse (and there’s one utensil that I don’t even know what it’s supposed to be). The knife has already been bent in half and will probably break. Also, the knife is hot pink and says “Beautiful cooking” with a princess crown so it kind of annoys me that they assume this is for little girls only. It’s an ok set for the price but I’ll probably get him something nicer once he actually starts playing “house” in a few years.
