    A: We had a boogie board in the past, but when I bought this drawing board, compare the boogie board and kokodi writing tablet, I think it's better than the boogie board:

    - kokodi's writing tablet has a lock/unlock switch that disengages the screen reset button. This is nice because it keeps you from accidentally resetting while in the middle of using it.

    - the battery is replaceable. Once the battery dies, it can be replaced and becomes worth.

When I first opened the section to put the battery in there was already a battery there so I tried to get it to work and it wouldnt. I finally decides to put in a different battery, which was sent with the tablet, and it worked. I realized the original battery was a dummy so thats why it wouldnt work. I wasnt expecting a great product but my 6 month old son LOVES it, and can use his little fingers to draw lines! I love the lock function so I can save his master pieces long enough to take a picture. Its really easy to use and the harder you push down, the thicker and more colorful the line it make, and it doesnt take much to push down on to have the beautiful colors show! I lo9ked everywhere for anothrr LCD writing tablet that had magnets to hang my sons drawings on the Frig, but this was the only one I could find. Its very light weight and durable. Especially with my son who is in his "Bam Bam" stage right now and wants to bang on everything. I hate writing reviews but this product was def worth my time to let everyone know how great it is! Def worth the money!

Awesome product. Second one I’ve bought and this time I’ve bought 2 b/c the first one wouldn’t clear the screen after replacing the battery. In its defense my son uses it 24/7 as his writing device when putting himself through his own type of school. He’s 4 and can abc, numbers through..., addition, subtraction, some multiplication, read and write. So when I say he uses it ALL THE TIME you can trust I really mean it. He had a melt down when the first one disappeared and he had to use his magnadoodle for a few days. Just buy it if your on the fence, it’s fun, we’ll priced, and if anything you’ll probably use it if your kid doesn’t. Lol

I have purchased other writing tablets and lost the pens quickly because I could not attach them to the the tablet. This tablet is lots of fun. My other kids liked the one my daughter received as a gift so well that I decided to get another one to share. They love it. I like that it can go on the refrigerator, has an extra battery, and the stylus attaches so it doesn’t get lost. My one comment would be that when you lock your drawing or writing it does stay on the screen, but it can still be written on so if you put it in a bag or anything touches it then it gets messed up.

Product not as described. The picture is very deceiving. This has become common with so many products from China. The product doesn’t light up like the “LCD” screen description lends you to believe. I thought mine was broken at first and it didn’t come with directions other than a few comments on the box cover. And if you attach the stylus with the string it comes with, it’s too short to use. If you want a colorful Etch-a-Scetch where you can push a button to erase, this is for you.

This is way overpriced and probably the worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon. It looks like something you would get from a Dollar Tree store. I'm pretty sure the one I got was used and returned. There were marks on the screen that wouldn't come off. It's really just a flimsy plastic toy and I'm so frustrated with myself that I didn't read through all the 1 and 2 star reviews first like I usually do. Don't make the mistake I did. Save your money.
