I found Big Tom after watching a Netflix series that followed actress Miriam Margolyes as she traveled across the Outback in her ABC documentary series Miriam Margolyes Australia Unmasked. You might remember her best as Professor Sprout from the Harry Potter films, and she is a hilariously independent and chippy lady.
