The noodles boil to doneness in 2 minutes. They contain no MSG, preservatives, or other additives. They do contain egg whites, and so even the flavors other than chicken are not vegan. The flavor base contains soy.

Love the new flavor and packaging!
Since my family and I (especially my boys) loved Hakubaku Soy sauce flavor (red package) ramen, I decided to surprise them with umami chicken ramen this time. Again, the packaging is great and had us all salivating before we even opened the package. They were easy to make and we added some veggies to complete the meal. They were a big hit. I like the new single noodle pack too. These aren’t your ordinary ramen noodles. Once you get quality ramen like these you’ll never buy the cheap dry junk anymore. My boys totally agree too and have an easy time making these on their own. We will go through the 12 pack in a hurry. Great product.

I have ordered this many times in the past and loved it. The flavor is great. But I opened this package and it was full of mold. This is from a box that was delivered on January 5, 2021. It certainly shouldn’t be bad already. I tried to contact the merchant but since my return window has passed the contact info isn’t available on my order info.
