The product arrived in a no brand USB nothing stated about win 10 like the photo demonstrates. Looks like a usb flash drive purchased at Walmart no name brand on disk no win 10 noted Didn’t work look like win 8 but couldn’t get past start Either my neighbors stold my disk from my mail box and replaced it with a non win 10 USBSecond replace same problem. When I get to the win10 home option to select win10 agreement my keyboard won’t recognize the dejection nor can I get pass the “next” page option HELP

My hard drive died in my HP Laptop. Replaced the hard drive and used this thumb drive to reload windows. Could not get it to work with instructions that came with the drive. Went to the web site listed on instructions and watched the video. Could not have been easier to load with the video. Very detailed step by step instructions that were easy to follow. Got windows loaded and my computer works great again.

This product did not work as advertised. The product page says is works with any brand of PC - that should read 'SOME' brands of PCs. I was never able to get the screens, described in the sparsely written installation instructions, to appear. Contacting their tech support by email got a response, with a link to a YouTube video, that did not address the problems described to them. All told, NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

The USB absolutely saved my butt. I was trapped in a WHEA-Uncorrectable error for the last few days, subsequently giving me the Blue Screen of death. With USBs flying on the market around $100+ it was hard to find an alternative that would arrive quickly. And being a new dad, budgeting as a gamer is now a thing that I need to get used to. After hours of troubleshooting and having a group of people looking over my rig, A install USB or Disk was my only option, sadly no one had one on hand. Which led me here, 24 hours after purchase I had the USB in hand and got to work. Thankfully, I was able to recover MOST of my files, or had them backed up elsewhere.

If you're in a pinch and need an affordable and ease of use USB, this is the one I can vouch for.

This did notwork for my computer. I tried everything every which way and nothing. Ended up having to have the IT guy at work try and nothing worked for him either. Ended up having to take the hard drive out and get everything off. Then reset to factory settings. Currently waiting to get it back.

First time building a gaming pc for my son and wow! I hit plenty of walls and had a big learning curve. If noob do your research before you make final purchases. After month of half way pulling my hair out build was complete and ready to go, but then boom even though windows was already on the mobo I still couldn’t get it running. Called family member who was more computer savvy than me and they suggested getting this flash drive. Simply plugged into Ian and booted system up after few simple steps she was ready to go and my son was happier than a pig in mud. Okay first and foremost, just as their instructions state...."THIS INSTALLATION REQUIRES SOME COMPUTER BACKGROUND SKILLS". I wholehearted agree with this statement. Now I will not lie, I am somewhat tech savvy, but in no way a computer genius, but with a little installation knowledge and quite a bit of fumbling around, I managed to reinstall Windows 10 back to my laptop. A little background behind why I purchased this was due to a possible corrupt file, that prevented my OS from reinstalling during a reset. Their product instructions list a plethora of different devices, though my specific model was not listed. I did not utilize their technical support line, but the fact that they list it at the very top of the first page of the instructions was enough for me to give them 5 stars, for this review.
