Together, they are forced to navigate the eerie goings on in Greenrock, both to ensure the town’s safety and to redeem his own reputation. But it seems that in Ronnie, he has met his match.

Will he be able to keep the wolf within him at bay or will his troubling interest in the sheriff cost him everything? And is Ronnie just setting herself up for another heartbreak herself?

And most importantly, can they come together in time to avert certain disaster…

This was a wonderful story of a paranormal theme with alien and humans all together! It was a great storyline as our heroine was suspicious of different people. But with a great cast of characters we get to figure out who the one is that will figure out all the answers. I can’t wait fir the next book in the series! I was a little disappointed that Ronnie continued to be suspicious of Achilles after knowing him. She thought he robbed Lester!!!! Smh! I think Lester was the one I enjoyed seeing his dreams come true in real life. I was excited for him and the confirmation that he wasn't crazy and had a lot of relics and insights about the PNR. He was the true key to a solution. Looking forward to more.

Another wonderful story, I'm really enjoying reading this series and i hope the others are as great as this one. I loved the characteristics of both which brought a yin and yang as Ronnie and Achilles struggle with trust issues as they work to find out the mysterious happenings in the town of Greenrock. Usually I am a big fan of shifter stories but this one was so wound up in the two main characters not talking about their feelings of inadequacy and being offended by the other's response. It would seem that a superior alien race would have more insight and a law enforcement officer would definitely more be self assured.

This story is a vital part of the series, and should not be missed. A good portion of the story is told in their thoughts and the fears of just what is happening to them. Their love story is one of self doubt, which of cause leads to a HEA ending.
